Media settings for thermal labels
Hi Bubbabear, I am trying to load UPS thermal labels into this printer (fan fold) without use of the printer ribbon facility. I am not sure where I need to turn off this feature so the top rollers don't spin and the main feed spits out the labels backwards. I presume I will have to tell the printer the size of the labels in the settings.

The size of the labels you wont have to tell. In the control panel of the printer you will have to tell it to print thermal and that will turn the film transfer roller off.
You may have to tell it the size though in the software you are using.
