we are with video and audio repair center ca we have two medion
lcd montor with exit same issue , blue light blink , we took apart inverter ok if i unplug main lcd control cabel lcd will lit and if i put cabel back blue start blink i thin may be bad y-x or main pcb any idea

Look for capacitors with the tops bulging .. these are high failure rate chinese made capacitors .. they made zillions of them and they fail frequently .. replace any that have buldging tops (should be flat with over pressure vent lines impressed)
6 * 470uF 25v capacitors + 1 * 220uF 25v on inverter board, all with bulging tops. Replace them all (note 105 degC variety) and monitor works OK!
It's probably just a burned out backlight fluorescent bulb.
