Memory full issues can happen for several reasons, and if you check to make sure that you're serial communication settings are set the same on the PC and printer, consider reconfiguring your printer's memory to accommodate busy or large batches of labels, and you should see this issue go away... but you may have to virgin reset the printer first.
Virgin resetting should only be done if the printer is out of warranty since the manufacturer can void your warranty if you do this. If your printer is under warranty, you should call their technical support group to find out what your options are 1-800-543-6650.
You may find additional assistance from them even if the printer is out of warranty. If you want to know how to reset the printer, please send me a msg and I can walk you through it.
