Menopause and marriage
I am in the early stages of menopause. lately i have been moody and seem to nag at everything my husband does. i think it's taking a toll on him as he is starting to snap back at me more. this could go on for years (menopause). any suggestions to help my marriage and not make my husband suffer and also suggestions for my husband on how to deal with me

Talk to your doctor about your menopause mood swings as to husband give him the heads up [ most dont need to ] about how your mood swings are and if he wants to read up on it their are pamphlets at most doctor offices - on line forums and informative sites and as with human nature you can only push so much before getting pushed back
