Report "Meteor now has 7 flash codes that implies potentiometer fault .does this mean wigwag pot or speed pot built into pcb.also still have reduced speed light permanently on even when ignition switched off. motor had overheated befoe and brushes are being replace as one spring is not connected and one brush is stuck against armature.wig wag has been replaced but scooter still does not go .Does the controller have to be reset with programmer . please help!!!!!"
