Hi there, I was wondering if anyone else had this problem. After a few years use we have finally tried to drain the two machines we have. Neither had anything to drain! Is that normal? We've cleaned the filters and have noticed that the performance is not as strong. Is there something wrong with them or, after 2/3 years, is this normal and its time to replace? Any help is appreciated. Cheers!
