Ooops I unscrewed my Midland GXT800 walkie talkie and put it back together, but now the battery won't charge in the cradle. The other one charges, so I thought I'd open the other and see what I missed. Didn't seem like I missed anything, but when I put the 2nd one back together...doh.. it also doesn't charge the battery in the cradle either. Anyone know the trick to putting them back together? obviously something to do with the external charging contacts and the battery box contacts/pc board. the battery powers the unit fine. Just won't charge in the cradle. Most grateful for any tips.
