MIdland XTC 280, turn on and both the battery and sd card light turn on sloid green. Record won't come on. Turn off the camera and the buttons stay on. SD card was reformatted, still doesn't work. Have to remove the battery every time to get it to shut off. What do I do? next thing is to send it back and buy a better camera
