Milk does not come out
I can make black coffee but not latte or cappuccino. I cleaned the entire machine and still no results

Remove the milk hose and the dispenser. grab the dial that lets you change between milking a cappuccino and a flat white, pul is straight out of the removed section. You will find slots in the shaft that are choked with milk solids. This happens when CAPPY RINSE is ignored.
