Miller trailblazer 275 stalls after about two hours of welding
Brand new with 9 hrs on it, i'm welding around 90 amps with switch on run position in weather aroud -20 c .... welding fine for about 2 hours than it stalled, started her up again and it stalled about 1/2 hour later..... i can see what seem to be oil seeping trough the gas pump breather..... i'm wondering if it's freezing since i dont have a cold weather kit installed. it's the second time that she's been doing that to me..... i sent it back to the dealer last week and they found nothing wrong.....but there is obviously something wrong with it....... it's a kholer command pro engine ch730

There is a voltage regulator directly above the electric fuel pump on this welder, make sure the three connectors are making good contact, there are three wires attached to it, the center conductor is either violet or blue, if the spade terminals are not making proper contact your machine will shut down as you state
you may also have a "sticking" or faulty fuel stop solenoid
if after you remove and check the connectors at the voltage regulator, the problem persists, locate the local Kohler dealer, your engine has a 3 year warranty for parts and labor
