Minerals in bottom of rinnai heater
After putting water in the bottom tray for years there is major mineral buildup that is now blowing all over the house and I believe the reason for my sneezing. Dealer says they have never heard of this. How could it not happen! How can I clean it?

If you can take the tray ? put some clr on it this would clean it , or suck it up with vac and try to brush it out .
They tray is not removable and there is not a big enough opening to get the vacuum or any other tool into it.
