I recently installed the wcs212 wall mount remote for my concept II fan. The light on/off and fan buttons work, but when I press and hold the light buttons for the dimmer function, it doesn't dim at all. In fact, press and holding the light buttons disables all functions on the wall mount. I have to then use the hand held remote to turn fan light on. Please advise.
