Minnkota trolling motor prop removal
Minnkita 35, s.n mkjf0252664 what's the trick? i have a minn kotta 24pnd trolling motor there is fishing line in between the propeller and the motor how do i remove the propeller?

Remove the nut and the prop will come right off. Just be careful not to loose the shear pin.
Open a pair of pliers about 3/4-1" and put on either side of plastic nut thing, and turn the prop clockwise while using the pliers to hold the nut still.
