I have this copier but now fail error C0910 . When you power on the copier report this error C0910 and shut down the copier.

Sorry it took so long but I found it.
C0910 indicates that the 2nd drawer on your copier isn't lifting. Open the drawer and see if there is any jammed paper in there.
