My Andis improved master clippers are not cutting right. it seems there is not enough movement in the blade. i have to cut VERY slowly. If I cut quickly it leaves 2 small stripes about 1/3 and 2/3 of the way across the cut. looks like ...|...|... The blade is clean, sharp, and well lubricated. power adjustment is adjusted to just before loud noise
