Right now some of our people's phones are set up so that if you press "8" and their three digit phone extension it rings their cell phone. How do I do this in our system for all our people? We have tried to just put in their cell # to forward to but it says invalid. It requires an 8 and then their extension no. So the process is twofold.

1. how to program their cell in the system so that it "sees" it as the 8 + 3 digit extension

2. Once that is done I can set the forwards.
