Please try this. Your tv has a mode called error code operational check. Unplug it from the power supply and plug it back in. Press and hold DEVICE and MENU buttons for 5 seconds. When you release you will see a series of blinks followed by a short pause and another series of blinks. The cycle keeps repeating.
