Please try this. Your tv has a mode called error code operational check. Unplug it from the power supply and plug it back in. Press and hold DEVICE and MENU buttons for 5 seconds. When you release you will see a series of blinks followed by a short pause and another series of blinks. The cycle keeps repeating.

They will not you just have to find the codes from the blinking sequence. The clicking noise is due to the relay shutting off the power mostly because one of the power lines are over loaded. The error code will help us determine which one it is.
