Indoors: Check and clean the air filter in the evaporator unit. It may be icing over if there isn't enough airflow. Outdoors: Make sure that the condenser unit fins are clear of dirt, paper, plastic, debris and anything else that can reduce or prevent the flow of air flow thru them. Make sure the fan is operating, too. Check to be sure that condensate from the evaporator unit is draining freely outside, too. The soil below the drain (pipe) should be wet. If you installed this air conditioner and did not purchase and install pre-charged line sets; the refrigerant charge is probably too low. You absolutely must use a gauge manifold to properly charge the system.
