Check compression. pull the plug and put your finger over the hole. and have someone kick it over. It should blow your finger off. using a compression gauge would be better if you can get one.
Is the kick pushing the motor or is the kicker slipping.
Maybe what your actually trying to say is because your getting no fuel or no spark it kicks easier. If this is the case check the plug for spark, If you have spark spray a little brake cleaner into the carb and see if it starts.
