Model: Celestrial Problem 1 TV will not always switch on with remote or from LHS side of TV when cold. If you persist long enough it switches on. Light on bottom LHS flashes red but will not switch to green(ON) Problem 2 TV will not operate on digital Sound is good, but picture stays blue ie(No Signal) When TV has been on for 10 minutes switching TV OFF then ON again the digital picture returns and TV works normally
