Model number M635 EG There is power to the microwave as the clock is functioning properly. The rotary selector for time will turn but no time setting appears. Instead it looks like this: 0--o and then reverts back to time of day on the display. We have turned the power off at the electrical box and turned it back on but that didn't help. It is installed flush into a cupboard space
