Report "Model SV-4 from 1989. Hard starting, and failure to run more than a few seconds after it does start. Cleaning the carb didn't fix the problem. Cleaning the fuel filter in the tank didn't fix it either. Although a rebuild kit might do the job, this old SV-4 doesn't have a primer bulb. Can I retrofit a newer carb with a primer bulb to this tiller or are there external primer bulb attachments available?"
