Model VPC-E870. How do I get it back to normal and not just a black screen?
When I take a picture or video it just shows up as a black screen. How do I get it back to normal? There are a ton of settings.

Try looking through the menu system for an item called Factory Reset or similar. This will remove all changes made since manufacture, without affecting photos taken.
