Modem blocking VoIP outgoing calls
Modem is a Thompson Speedtouch ST 585 V6 and information from my Internet provider it appears the modem is bocking calls, as it is starting to drop calls out on a regular basis, as soon as I connect.

I had a similar problem. Turns out my ISP was blocking IP phone calls. I bought a vpn appliance and solved the problem. If you use a soft phone you could try a personal vpn for 5 bucks to see if it works for you before shelling out for a hardware fix. That's what I did.
