Got a mongoose scooter. when throttle is applied you can hear the motor trying to turn the wheel, but it does not turn it.
I am getting the 24V out of the controller when throttle is applied.
Motor spins freely when direct 24V is applied to it.
It is a 24V scooter, 3 wire throttle. Only 3 leads off the controller. Motor, Battery, & throttle.
