Mongoose ledge 2.2 mtb has front disc brakes but v brake on rear. Has frame adapters for disc brake caliper but has standard wheel no qr. Is it possible to install disc rotors on the wheel?
I plan on biking in winter and I've had bad experiences with v brakes. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

No, you cannot add disc rotors to a non-disc wheel, and in any case the rear wheel does not do much of the braking work.
