Please refer to the solution I just posted on the other problem posted in regard to this monitor.
--- Unfortunately, X2Gen has declared bankruptcy (see http://x2gen.com/) and there is no way to go back to the manufacturer for either support or warranty service. If you are still within a given time frame with either the retailer or perhaps through a credit card company, this would be your best recourse. My experience with this type of issue is that the hardware has gone bad. Particular with the nature of your problem, it seems that it is not a minor problem, and does not appear to involve drivers or other software-type fixes. If you could get a professional tech to repair it, the cost would most likely be more than replacement of the monitor. Sorry for the bad news, but I don't think there is a better solution.

Thankfully you have another monitor, so you are not left with no display device, but I am sure if you are using 2 monitors, there's a good solid reason and need for it. The other problem posted did not indicate that you were using 2 monitors, and so this presents one remote possibility. Try to switch the 2 out - move them between ports. If the "good" monitor continues to be good and the "bad" monitor still displays the same issue, I think that is absolute confirmation that you have a "nonnegotiable" hardware issue. If not, in other words, if you see something go wrong with the good monitor or the bad monitor improves upon the switch, there could be a graphics card/driver issue that we could work on.
Please post back if you need additional assistance, or this does not answer all your questions. Otherwise, thanks for using and rating FixYa! (Also, I would be very interested to know what does happen when you switch the two monitors... Thanks!)
Found the link to the form via which you could file a claim in the bankruptcy proceeding, FYI:
Great!! I am so glad it worked out and you don't have to face the other issues. I would suggest holding onto the information, though, and you might go ahead and file a claim anyway, given that you have lost the value of the warranty included with your purcase...
Good Luck!
