I have a July 2005 KDS Model 700P that just started to not come up. I have checked all connections and there does not seem to be a problem. Is it replacement time? What is the usual life of a monitor? Thanks.

how am i supposed to go on my computer and check anything? the screen is black....it won't come on. it just happened out of the blue. has always worked fine, now it just quit without warning! it did happen right after i deleted anydvd from my system though. it is a kds 17s model 700
