Monitor does not work!!
My Problem is one day i went to turn my monitor on and the light went from orange to green... but it said no signal, and went totally black, and left the little light green. i tested on several computers to see if it was my graphix card. it isnt. so i did a "no no" and took the monitor apart. i discovered the problem, and it is on the power cicuit board where the power form the wall comes in to the monitor. one of the itty ***** black chips. there are 5 small ones, and on large one. the on all the way to the left, and to the top of it has been melted and looks like there was too much power to it. it "bubbled" the plastic, blacked the motherboard some, and also blackened the solder holding it in place.
my question is, where can i get just this circuit board.. and how much would it cost??
thanks for the help in advanced
