Monitor goes blank when login screen comes

My system worked properly previously. I uninstalled some programs in Add/Remove programs in control panel. After that, my system felt very difficult to show the DVD videos. I got an idea to reduce my hardware acceleration in the display properties with the help of Trouble shooting. After i reduced my hardware acceleration to low, my system got restarted. Now it doesnot showing anything after the XP logo. But it is logging in the background.

Boot in safe mode and remove the display driver and reboot in normally
