Hello I have a Proview PL926WBi 19" monitor that is 2yrs old or a lil more. A week ago this issue started. When i move to mouse to bring the monitor out of sleep mode, all I get is blank screen with the power button lite blue and blinking off and on. If I wait 2-3 minutes it will come out of this state and work fine. I checked all my windows power settings and only have the monitor set to shutoff after 1hr all other settings are set to none. Does this sound like the same issue with the capacitors I read in a couple of other postings?
