Monitor not working But computer does?
Hello there my computer works fine but my monitor isnt working i checked the cables if there was anything loose but still no luck does anybody have any ideas and also could someone tell me how to put a amd athlon 2400+ processor and the heatsink on my motherboard epox 8kra2+ please i really need to know

This seems to be graphic probs there if ur using a graphic card chances it pck up if ur using on board best thing to do is buy a graphic card for ur comp and the processor is pretty easy really aslong as u have the right size processor ofr the board u will see a few clips on side off the heat sink fan plz make sure that when u take off the heat sink that ur processor doent come off at the same time it all seperates then make sure that u dont bend any of the pins for the processor or u will have probs with monitor aswell
yeah the heatsink fan only goes on one way to get the processor out you have to lift a little arm by the side to remove the processor but the heat sink make sure u remove it carefully if u have to use a screwdriver if u go throu ur board then it bk to sqaure one hope this is usfull to u m8
