Monitor showing dots all over
My monitor when turned on shows dots all over and is so blurred now that i cant even read whats on the screen.It started all of a sudden couple of days ago and has progressed.

It could be the following 4 errors:
1, Vga cable damaged.
2, Video card memory failure.
3, Lcd Panel starterd to damage.
4, The connection between the computer and the monitor is not stable, the plug is not tighten on a side it could be any sideo on the vga cable meaning you have not screwed into the monitor it can lease and fall down from the monitor.
