Monitor takes a long time to come on
I have a ProView 780. It has always worked fine but now when I turn on my computer the green light on the monitor flickers for a while and the screen is black for a long time. One time when it came on all I had was the background and no icons. I rebooted and it finally came on after a while. Is something wrong with my computer or is it the monitor. I do not know much about computers and would appreciate any help I can get.

Well, it's not your monitor. It's seems your PC had lots of garbages or spywares. Need to cleaned out all the junks in your C: Drive...Right click on your C: Drive and click on properties and click on Disk Cleanup after that check all the boxes on right handside. Then click OK and Yes. That should clean up all the junks in C: Drive. Cleanup all the junks every Weekend. Then run a virus scanned for virus and spywares...and set to scanned very night...
