Monitor unlit I'm using my colleges D40 for my digital photo class. The camera was set by a prior student. I'm trying to find on the camera where the "Auto- Off Timers" is. I'm thinking the camera was set so the monitor is always off avoiding extra use of the battery. It has to be something simple and getting used to moving around the camera program. Thanks

The best thing to do would be to press the 2 green dots together to do a master reset on the camera. 1st green dot would be just beside the shutter and the other would be on the left of the lcd. press and hold them both for about 10 secs
