Monitor will not display anything
After screen froze i restarted pc,then keyboard wouldnt work and the monitor displayed no signal,is this a video card issue? I sent my motherboard to manufacturer and found nothing wrong.

Sounds like a dead card
The graffics card was over heating. It apears the card has an auto cut off switch to turn it off to prevent damage. I removed the card and blew it out with compressed air to remove the dust build up in the fan and componets. Also the graffics card was tight against my TV tuner with little room for air flow. I removed the modem card for I do not need it and moved the tuner card in its place. This gave me an inch of space between them for better air flow. The card is working perfectly again.
