My mother's scooter keeps dying unexpectedly. We "reset" it according to manual (put freewheel in unlock, turn key off and remove, put freewheel in lock, put key back in and turn on), which seems to work for a while, but then scooter starts to lose power, slow down and die again. Batteries are less than 6 months old and scooter is not used daily. Please advise.
