Motion Detect Camera for my surfboard, and I WAS excited. The guide said to plug the cord in the outlet then the cam to charge and the red LED will come on to show it's charging. Well, a BLUE one came on, won't go off and it's been almost 8 hours now! The manual doesn't say how to fix this, the CD it came with has NO FILES ON IT, and the company is in the Phillipenes (sp?) and Is not helpful or trustworthy at all. Does anyone out there know how to fix this, or have some kind of actual useful manual for this??? Thanks, Grom

I've 'combed the internet' also and am not finding a manual either, however here are a number of utube videos posted – some of which seem to be both professional and informative.

Secondly, perhaps you might message the man with the Facebook page I'd noted above? Note also that there is a second Facebook page if you search your camera on Facebook while there.
I'd hoped to be more helpful –– this may be a starting point perhaps?
