Motion sensing seems to be funky as the weather gets colder. I have the sensitivity turned all the way down and the lights still come on when nothing is there. They fade to dark (or dim if that's what I have set) and immediately come back to bright

Put a cover (shoe box, piece of cardboard, etc.) over the eye to block any possible movement that it may be seeing. If it still acts the same, then the electronics have failed. If it doesn't, then the eye is seeing something that you are not.
