Report "Motor runs but when load is put on treadmill motor slows down substantially. Repairman tech said motor was bad. Took motor to two electric motor repair shops and they tested it (not under load) and stated that the motor was fine. I don't mind buying a new motor, but I would like to know that this is the problem before I purchase it"
