Sometimes hair and debris get in the end of the rollers and keep them from turning. Also, the bearings can become corroded and stick. Try removing the rollers and check for any debris and remove it. If the bearings are stuck, you can spray some lubricant or WD40 or them and try to free them up. On occasion the belt can come off of the motor. You can turn the unit over and see if the belt is moving over the roller. Good luck and let us know how you made out.
