Motorola K1 - use with laptop to connect to internet
Hello,
Could you tell me if it is possible for me to use my Motorola K1 phone to connect my laptop to the internet? If so, could you advise me how? I've referred to the manual and it seems to infer that you can - but doesn't give any instructions as to how? My laptop only seems to recognise my phone through the USB connection as a storage device. Your help would be really appreciated with this.

Yes it is possible. cause that's what i'm using right now to connect to the internet. but the easiest way to do this is get Motorola Phone Tools for the Krzr. cause that does all the technical stuff for you. but after you get that you will have to switch your phone to "Data Mode". you can do this by going to settings > connection > usb settings. and then switch the default to "Data Connection".
and after that you should be good.
