Motorola q problems
Hey my name is dee and i have a motorola q and when i try to run the motorola software update i keep getting not a valid windows ce application,i try resetting and still get the same problem help me please.

The Motorola Software Update can only be run from your PC. You have to have your Q hooked up to the PC via USB to update.
Hello Dee, I am Ken. I know this can be very frustrating. My recommendation is to go to Start, Settings, then "Remove Programs". Remove any programs on there and then try re-intalling the ones you wish to keep. Your Q is a computer, so it is like fixing program problems on a windows PC. If that does not work, please let me know what program you are trying to install and I will try it on My Moto Q. Please let me know if this helps.
