I recently installed a new inner and outer LCD display. I placed the new one in exactly how the old came out. Inner display works fine. The outer display lights up with the verizon logo but its upside down and seems to be stuck on just that. I cant change it to any thing else, clock,wallpaper,etc. Is this a defective item or did I miss a step installing it.
