My mouse wheel suddenly stopped working, I took the mouse apart, I tried to find where the scrolling feature basically takes place and i cleaned the insides fully.
Based on my observation (the wheel no longer has almost any resistance to movement) there might have been grooves on the wheels edge that goes inside the black cylinder (I haven't found any blueprints which I could check what part does what so its an educated guess) that have just been basically eaten up by usage or the sensors inside the black thing are stuck.
Anyone got any constructive advice to what to do with the issue (besides buy a new mouse)
