moves slightly)but it is stuck in the same position in the 12:02 range and does not advance
This is a screw down crown and I made sure that it was tightened. I can advance the hours and minutes hands as well as the day and date. The date advances by pressing in a tiny spot near the crown with a pin. The second hand just stutters and stays in the 12:02-12:03 range but does not move beyond that and the watch does not keep time. Thanks.

It could be a couple of things, the second hand is not seated properly and is rubbing. May need a cleaning, or fresh battery. Unless you have taken a watch apart I would bring it to a watch repair or send it directly to Invicta USA they will give you an estimate. Should not be expensive
