Movie when watching a movie on my astar television the sides of the screens distort the picture, any idea how mi might be able to fix it?

I have that same TV. Go to your controller and press SWAP in the lower cluster of buttons. 4;3 and full work fine its just the panoramic which you have it in is terrible, i have no idea why they included it
