Hi lutbarajas-- If the engine's plug is continually fouling, you may have an improperly rated spark plug. It sounds to me like the plug you have in the mower is burning too hot. Take the plug to your local lawn and garden supply shop and see if they can size a cooler burning plug for you. If the plug is original, and you have never tinkered with the carburetor adjustments, the plug may just need replacing. --Hope this helps.
