Do not now if someone can help or not, my daughter got a TruTech T512-M as a present and we finally went to load it. I have windows XP manual says no need to load drivers, just hook it up. Did that and the window came up to look for drivers, said it found nothing. Now I can do nothing with it. If you plug in the USB to the computer and then into the player, all you get is a hour glass on the MP3 player and nothing else. Any help appericated here. if that helps.
