My 2007 Saturn Outlook ceiling mounted dvd system will not load a dvd movie. There was no manual when I bought the car on a trade-in. There is also no model number, etc....only the word "Advent" to identify the make of the player. When we put in a dvd, it says LOADING then goes black. Also, I do not know why the sound only works through headphones. A speaker is visible on the top of opened unit.
